Considering Jesus?
Jesus once said, “The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me.” (John 12:45) He was, of course, speaking of God. So, in our search for the divine and the true, it makes sense to consider Jesus.
As you read the passages of Scripture linked below, turn your thoughts toward Jesus, reflect deeply on the wonder of who He was and is, the beauty of how He lived, the wisdom of what He taught, and the greatness of all He gave. Feel free to use your imagination and place yourself in the scene, picture the people and hear the conversations, and pay special attention to everything Jesus says and does.
Each biblical reference is shared as a starting point in your exploration. Don’t forget to enjoy and embrace the context of each verse or passage.
